You would be working on behalf of our Utility and Energy clients using Telemarketing to generate sales. Our aim is to build the most professional, pro-active contact centre in the UK, Monday – Friday (No Weekends)! Working hours:

Monday:         10:45 – 19:00.

Tue – Thurs: 10:00 – 18:15.

Fri:                   09:30 – 16:00.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Operating outbound calls via a dialler system

·         Quotes and comparisons for potential customers

·         Having full understanding of clients and competitors’ products and services

·         Achieving daily KPI’s

·         Adherence to our policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

·         Previous experience in a sales role or call centre

·         Warm, friendly telephone manner

·         The ability to engage in fun, pleasant conversation with customers

·         The ability to work towards and achieve KPI’s

Desirable Attributes:

·         Previous experience with B2C telesales

·         Previous Gas + Electric Sales experience
