Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operating outbound calls via a dialler system
  • Quotes and comparisons for potential customers
  • Having full understanding of clients and competitors’ products and services
  • Achieving daily KPI’s
  • Adherence to our policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a sales role or call centre
  • Warm, friendly telephone manner
  • The ability to engage in fun, pleasant conversation with customers
  • The ability to work towards and achieve KPI’s

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience with B2C telesales
  • Previous Gas + Electric Sales experience
